This year, our focus is on AIOps — the intersection of AI and DevOps, where intelligence meets automation. We're calling on you to create AI-Powered DevOps Systems or Cloud-Native DevOps Solutions that redefine how infrastructure, deployments, observability, and operations are managed. Your agents can analyze, reason, and act — connecting to real tools, APIs, and data sources to enhance the way modern systems operate.
💡 The Challenge
Build AI-driven agents or applications that:
- Reason intelligently about operational data (logs, metrics, configs)
- Detect and predict incidents before they impact users
- Recommend or execute remediations autonomously
- Integrate with cloud-native ecosystems (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, etc.)
- Improve reliability, security, and performance with data-driven decisions
Your goal is to design something that operationalizes AI — turning insights into actions that reduce toil, boost efficiency, and accelerate delivery.
🧩 How to Participate
Our hackathon unfolds in two distinct phases, designed to guide you from concept to a demonstrable solution:
Round 1: Idea Submission
This initial phase is all about creativity and problem-solving. We challenge you to:
- Start by brainstorming a real-world AIOps problem.
- Submit a concept explaining:
- The problem your AI agent solves.
- The DevOps/cloud context it operates in.
- How AI reasoning enhances the process.
- The architecture (inputs, outputs, tools, APIs).
Round 2: Build & Demo
Once your idea is approved, it's time to bring it to life! In this phase, selected teams will:
- Develop a working prototype of your AI App or Agent using the KodeKey platform.
- Showcase your agent's AI reasoning capabilities.
- Demonstrate tool integration and operational intelligence in action.
